Anna will be participating in a series of sessions in order to help Glynwood Institute for Sustainable Food and Farming consider what their "right" place is on the wide spectrum of issues that they relate to, and the vision that should guide their future plans, especially in light of the rapidly changing environment in which they work.
Glynwood’s mission is to help communities in the Northeast save farming. They are dedicated to working at the intersection of the needs of communities and the opportunities available to farmers and landowners. They work in order to empower communities to support farming and conserve farmland and model and promote techniques in environmentally sustainable agriculture that farmers and landowners can use to take advantage of new and emerging markets.
“Ideas have power, so we work to reframe limiting ideas - of scarcity, power, and democracy -
to free citizens to create living democracies, turning our planet toward life.”
